Sausage Making Workshop

Learn the art of traditional sausage making followed by a delicious lunch in this 3-hour workshop, led by Remi, a local expert craft butcher.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a curious foodie, this hands on workshop will teach you art of traditional sausage making using high-quality, locally-sourced pork.

You’ll learn how to bone out a pork shoulder, dice and mince the meat to the perfect texture, blend spices and seasonings for flavour, and master the use of a sausage-making machine. You'll also be taught how to link sausages like a professional butcher.

At the end of the session, you’ll head home with 1kg of your very own handmade sausages – perfect for sharing (or not!). After the hard work is done, sit down to a well-earned meal in our cosy Long Room, with your first glass of wine on us.

Cost: £75 per person (includes lunch, a glass of wine and 1kg of sausages to take home!)
