Cradled by water, and bathed in healing sound, let birdsong, breeze, and the gentle motion of the lake guide you into deep rest and total relaxation.

As you drift effortlessly on the surface, surrounded by nature and immersed in healing frequencies, the soundscape blends seamlessly with the rhythm of the outdoors - birdsong, breeze, and the gentle movement of water guiding you into stillness.

The session includes a 45-minute floating sound bath, followed by time to land softly with a lakeside sauna, a wild swim, and a warming drink by the fire.

Please note:
If you are pregnant (especially in the first trimester or with a high‑risk pregnancy), have epilepsy or a history of seizures, sound sensitivities like tinnitus or a pacemaker you should consult your doctor to confirm it is appropriate before attending.
