Tuck into our seasonal evening small plates menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients and thoughtful, modern cooking.

Each dish, crafted by our in-house chef Ed Forest Brown, highlights bold, contemporary flavours inspired by the landscape around us — with produce gathered from within a short distance of the estate.

Enjoy your meal within the cosy surroundings of Bean Theory, our coffee shop turned intimate restaurant, a peaceful spot in the Cambridgeshire countryside where good food and warm hospitality come together.

Supper Clubs

Throughout the year, we also run seasonal Supper Clubs, hosted by our talented in-house chef, Ed Forest Brown.

Each evening features a thoughtfully curated menu celebrating the best of local and seasonal produce — with ingredients sourced from the estate or nearby growers, farmers, and artisans, all cooked to perfection.

A selection of wines are also available to purchase. Whether you’re joining us with friends, colleagues or flying solo, our Supper Clubs offer an intimate, welcoming setting to enjoy exceptional food, great company, and the flavours of the season.

About our Chef
Ed Forest Brown

Ed started his career in agriculture and estate management and decided to follow his lifelong passion for food and moved to London to train as a chef at the world renowned Leith's cookery school. He began his chef career working in high end restaurants across central London and most recently spent 5 years as Head Chef working in bespoke events.

Having recently had their first baby, a daughter Cordelia, Ed and his wife Leonora happily to returned to Cambridgeshire, where they both grew up. Ed has recently stepped into the role as Head Chef of Waresley Park Estate and will be overseeing all food productions on the estate - lots of exciting things to come so watch this space!
