The Amphitheatre
at Waresley Park Estate

Whether you’re enjoying a jazz sundowner with a glass of wine, or a family show and a picnic, the Amphitheatre is the place to be during the summer months.

Nestled amongst the vines you’ll find our hillside amphitheatre which comes alive with theatre performances, live music and outdoor events during the summer months.

FAQs

What if it rains?
If it rains, the show will still go ahead, so please come prepared. We will only cancel a show if the weather becomes dangerous (e.g., lightning or strong winds). Please don’t bring an umbrella; it blocks the view of the performance for those sat behind you as much as someone else’s umbrella in front of you would block yours. Leave the brolly at home and wear waterproofs, and a hat instead.

Do I need to bring a chair?
Bring a cushion, blanket, camping chair or other folding chair. The ground may be slightly wet so if you’re bringing a blanket, we recommend bringing a waterproof backed picnic blanket, or something waterproof to sit on. If you want to sit near the front, bring a blanket to sit on rather than a chair.

Can I bring a picnic?
No picnics please. Food will be available to buy on-site. A bar will be open before and throughout the show. Please do not bring your own alcohol on to the Estate. Please note we are a cashless bar (card payments only please).

Pre-order a delicious charcuterie board, cheese board, afternoon tea, children's afternoon tea and bottle of wine and it will be ready for you to collect when you arrive for the show.
Options available to order when you book your tickets.

Where is the amphitheatre? Where do I park?
The amphitheatre is located in the middle of the vineyard. When you enter the Estate from the main road, you will drive down a long driveway and then turn left, following the signs to the Main Car Park.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?
Yes you can. Please see one of our members of staff who will be able to take a payment. Cards only please.

Are dogs allowed?
Only assistance dogs are allowed in the amphitheatre. Please leave all other furry companions at home.
