Private festive dinners in the Long Room for your team, your friends or the whole family: canapés and Crémant on arrival, then two or three courses from Head Chef Ed Forrest‑Brown's seasonal menu. Stay over in the lodges or the house and make a night of it.

Whether you're here for an afternoon or the whole weekend, it's all a few minutes apart: sleep, swim, sauna, eat, play. Book what you fancy, and the coffee shop is open to everyone.

A French château‑style house for sixteen, eight lodges for two, and a private apartment on the estate.
Spa
Pool, sauna, treatments.
Book the whole spa to yourselves for a few hours, or come for a single treatment with Germaine de Capuccini.
Lake
Cold water, hot sauna.
A spring‑fed swimming lake with a beach, a jetty and a lakeside sauna. Ninety minutes of the good kind of shock.

Coffee roasted here.
Bean Theory in the courtyard from 8am daily, pizza from the courtyard oven Wednesday to Saturday, and private dinners in the Long Room.
Play
Padel, yoga, the tipi.
Two padel courts with coaching, classes in the lakeside tipi, and a summer amphitheatre for theatre and music.

Padel
Easy to learn. Hard to stop.
Two courts in the parkland, doubles only, underarm serves and the walls in play. Book a court by the hour, or a lesson with our coaches if you've never held a bat.

From the roastery to the fire.
Bean Theory coffee is roasted on the estate and poured in the courtyard every morning. Pizzas come out of the courtyard oven Wednesday to Saturday, and the Long Room hosts long, private dinners cooked by Head Chef Ed Forrest‑Brown.
