A private spa day gives you the pool, whirlpool, sauna and lounge for 2.5 or 4 hours, for up to ten of you. Book the spa day, then slot your treatments into it.

Can I have a treatment without booking the spa?
Yes. Every treatment on the menu can be booked on its own. You won't have use of the pool or sauna unless you also book a spa day.
Can two of us have treatments at the same time?
Usually, yes. We have two treatment rooms. Book both treatments for the same time and we'll do our best to run them together; email the spa if it's for a special occasion.
Which treatment should I choose?
If you want to switch off, a massage or the Stillness scalp treatment. If you want to see a difference in your skin, one of the Timexpert facials. If you have the afternoon, a ritual does both. Your therapist will adapt on the day.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Follow the signs to the Bean Theory car park, then the coffee shop signs until you see the house on your left. Press the intercom at the gate and we'll buzz you in. Please arrive ten minutes early.
Can I use a gift voucher?
Yes, at checkout when you book online, or email the spa with your voucher code. Buy a voucher for any treatment or spa day.
What's your cancellation policy?
Treatments are covered by our spa terms and conditions. If you need to change a booking, email the spa as early as you can.
