Our Spaces
The Tipi
Nestled on the shore of our swimming lake, the Tipi is one of our largest and most versatile event spaces. With its natural lakeside setting and spacious interior, the Tipi offers a peaceful and inspiring environment for both group activities and wellbeing experiences.
The Tipi can comfortably accommodate:
Up to 30 guests (seated)
Up to 50 guests (standing)
Up to 20 participants (for yoga, meditation, retreats, or sound baths).
The Tipi is located by the lake which is a 5–10 minute walk from the car park. You're also welcome to drive down and park directly outside the Tipi to unload..
Tipi and lake hire from £1,500 per day
Lifeguard available at £150 per hour should you wish to swim or utilise the lake (minimum 2 hours)
The House
Set within beautiful grounds, our French château-style house offers a luxurious and peaceful setting for corporate stays, team-building retreats, or company away days. It’s the perfect space to relax, recharge, and reconnect as a team.
The main house features seven elegant ensuite bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests.
For added flexibility, we also offer a self-contained flat attached to the house, along with eight brand-new lodges, each sleeping two guests—ideal for those seeking a little more privacy.

The Flat sleeps up to 2 guests (ideal for staff or facilitators)

The Flat: £350 per night (2 nights £450)
The Lodges
Our eight beautifully designed luxury lodges offer the ideal escape for corporate guests seeking both privacy and inspiration.
Each lodge sleeps up to two people and features a king-sized double bed, private terrace, full bathroom, dining area and an OYFR for outdoor cooking.
Your guests can enjoy uninterrupted views, complete seclusion, and a seamless blend of relaxation and adventure—perfect for individual team members, guest speakers, or executives.

The Long Room
Adjacent to our coffee shop, Bean Theory, The Long Room is a stylish and versatile event space designed for intimate gatherings, productivity and connection.
With comfortable seating for up to 30 guests, it’s the ideal setting for presentations, meetings & workshops, team away days and networking events.
Designed with warm wood finishes and just steps away from exceptional coffee, The Long Room offers a relaxed yet professional atmosphere—perfect for a wide range of corporate and creative gatherings.
The Long Room: £75 per person including lunch and refreshments and use of screen for presentations.
In addition to offering a beautiful and comfortable setting for your event, we can provide a curated menu of handpicked activities and experiences—each designed to make your corporate stay or away day unique and memorable. Whether you're looking to energise your team, encourage creativity, or simply enjoy the surroundings, our activities cater to a range of interests and energy levels.
