Rachel Miller
Rachel is a 300 hour trained yoga teacher with British Wheel of Yoga, offering Slow Flow Hatha Yoga and Strength & Stability classes rooted in mindful movement, breath awareness and the philosophy of presence. Her Slow Flow Hatha classes invite students to pause, connect with their breath and cultivate a deeper awareness of body and mind through grounding breath led movement. Alongside this, Strength & Stability classes focus on developing core strength, balance, posture and functional movement supporting students to move with greater confidence and resilience throughout everyday life. With a calm, compassionate and intuitive approach, Rachel creates restorative spaces where students are invited to soften out of the noise of daily life, reconnect with themselves and cultivate presence through conscious movement, mindfulness and stillness.
