We offer a weekly programme of yoga, breathwork and meditation sessions in our peaceful Lakeside Tipi.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, our classes range from Beginner’s ‘Back-to-Basics’ Yoga and calming Restorative Yin Yoga to energising Vinyasa Flows every Friday and Saturday morning. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our Tipi is a sanctuary where you can reconnect, recharge, and find balance.

  • MariaElena Cusick

    MariaElena is a devoted yoga elder with over 30 years of experience practicing and teaching authentic, intuitive yoga. Her work is deeply rooted in source energy, and each of her sessions is a unique, soulful offering. With a special focus on gut health and holistic well-being, MariaElena creates nurturing, supportive environments where individuals are empowered to live in alignment with their true selves. Passionate about community building, she thrives on bringing people together in spaces that foster authenticity, connection, and self-empowerment.

    Join MariaElena every Thursday at 6pm (from 20th Nov) for Restoratve Yin Yoga, every Friday at 10am (from 14th Nov) for Invigorating Flow and every Saturday at 7:30am (from 15th Nov) for Lakeside Breathwork and Meditation.

  • Bea Grist

    Bea is a 400-hour qualified Yoga Teacher specialising in Vinyasa and Slow Flow to Restore Yoga. Trained in Bali, Indonesia, she is passionate about rest, women's health and somatic movement and believes in the body’s innate wisdom. She is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified coach (PCC) and has completed her 100-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training as well as a 100-hour Women's Rewilding Training, focusing on women’s health, vitality and cyclical wisdom. Bea’s classes are slow, mindful, and intentionally designed to connect breath, body, and mind, offering a transformative and deeply restorative experience.

  • Rachel Miller

    Rachel is a 300-hour trained yoga teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga, specialising in Slow Flow Yoga that emphasise the connection between breath and movement. With over 12 years experience supporting vulnerable young people in education, she brings a compassionate and trauma informed approach to her teaching. A passionate lover of the outdoors, Rachel finds inspiration in nature and the time she spends with her dogs and she brings that same grounding, restorative energy into her classes. Her sessions are designed to help you release tension, return to the present moment and cultivate a sense of calm both on and off the mat.

  • Kate Williams

    With over 24 years of experience in yoga and bodywork, Kate brings a deeply informed, grounded, and body-centred approach to her practice and teaching. Her journey began with yoga teacher training in Kerala, India in 2000, and continued with specialist training in Yoga Therapy in Thailand. She is also a qualified breath coach, Yin Yoga teacher, and Yoga Nidra facilitator. Kate supports students in exploring the subtle yet profound moments of transformation that can arise in practice, helping them integrate these shifts into lasting, meaningful change.
