Step into the peaceful sanctuary of our Lakeside Tipi nestled by the water’s edge with panoramic views of the lake. It’s perfect setting for your yoga practice, allowing you to ground, unwind, and disconnect from the everyday stresses of life.

Weekly Yoga Classes at Waresley Park Estate:
Tuesdays at 6pm (from 8th April): Mindful Yin Yoga with Gina Smith
Thursdays at 6pm: Candlelit Slow Flow to Restore Yoga with Bea Grist
Saturdays at 9am: Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Lisa Doran

How to get to the Lakeside Tipi:
From the car park, take a scenic walk down the gravel track on your left, below the hillside vineyard. After a 5-minute stroll through the estate, you will see the Lakeside Tipi directly in front of you where your yoga teacher will warmly welcome you, ready to guide you through an hour of blissful movement and stretching, surrounded by nature’s beauty.

Meet our yoga teachers

  • Lisa Doran

    Lisa trained at TriYoga in London and is passionate about wellness and creating space for people to slow down and reconnect. Her classes are about feeling good in your body, and bringing balance both on and off the mat. Join Lisa every Saturday for Vinyasa Flow at 9am.

  • Bea Grist

    Bea is a 400-hour qualified Yoga Teacher specialising in Slow Flow to Restore Yoga. Trained in Bali, Indonesia, she is passionate about rest, women's health and somatic movement and believes in the body’s innate wisdom. She is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified coach and has completed her 100-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (2023) as well as a 100-hour Women's Rewilding Training (2024), focusing on women’s health, vitality and cyclical wisdom. Bea’s classes are slow, mindful, and intentionally designed to connect breath, body, and mind, offering a transformative and deeply restorative experience. Join Bea or Slow Flow to Restore Yoga every Thursday at 6pm.

  • Gina Smith

    Gina is a trauma-informed yoga teacher with nearly a decade of personal practice and training in Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, and meditation. Certified in renowned schools in Costa Rica and Thailand, she blends movement and mindfulness to support stress relief and relaxation. Having worked in high pressure jobs in the tech industry, Gina understands the pressures of modern life. Through breathwork, meditation, and mindful postures, her inclusive classes offer a calming space for all levels to release tension, improve flexibility, and soothe the nervous system. Join Gina every Tuesday for Mindful Yin Yoga at 6pm from 8th April.
