Yoga and Breathwork

We offer a weekly programme of yoga and monthly breathwork sessions in our peaceful Lakeside Tipi.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, our classes range from calming Mindful Yin Yoga and Restorative Slow Flow, to energising Vinyasa Flows every Saturday morning. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our Tipi is a sanctuary where you can reconnect, recharge, and find balance.

We offer 20% off our Beginner’s Yoga Course when booking all six sessions in advance. Please email lake@waresleyparkestate.co.uk if you’d like to do this.

Meet our yoga teachers

  • Bea Grist

    Bea is a 400-hour qualified Yoga Teacher specialising in Vinyasa and Slow Flow to Restore Yoga. Trained in Bali, Indonesia, she is passionate about rest, women's health and somatic movement and believes in the body’s innate wisdom. She is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and certified coach (PCC) and has completed her 100-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training as well as a 100-hour Women's Rewilding Training, focusing on women’s health, vitality and cyclical wisdom. Bea’s classes are slow, mindful, and intentionally designed to connect breath, body, and mind, offering a transformative and deeply restorative experience.

  • Rachel Miller

    Rachel is a 300-hour trained yoga teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga, specialising in Slow Flow Yoga that emphasise the connection between breath and movement. With over 12 years experience supporting vulnerable young people in education, she brings a compassionate and trauma informed approach to her teaching. A passionate lover of the outdoors, Rachel finds inspiration in nature and the time she spends with her dogs and she brings that same grounding, restorative energy into her classes. Her sessions are designed to help you release tension, return to the present moment and cultivate a sense of calm both on and off the mat.

  • Gina Smith

    Gina is a trauma-informed yoga teacher with nearly a decade of personal practice and training in Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, and meditation. Certified in renowned schools in Costa Rica and Thailand, she blends movement and mindfulness to support stress relief and relaxation. Having worked in high pressure jobs in the tech industry, Gina understands the pressures of modern life. Through breathwork, meditation, and mindful postures, her inclusive classes offer a calming space for all levels to release tension, improve flexibility, and soothe the nervous system.

  • Kate Williams

    With over 24 years of experience in yoga and bodywork, Kate brings a deeply informed, grounded, and body-centred approach to her practice and teaching. Her journey began with yoga teacher training in Kerala, India in 2000, and continued with specialist training in Yoga Therapy in Thailand. She is also a qualified breath coach, Yin Yoga teacher, and Yoga Nidra facilitator. Kate supports students in exploring the subtle yet profound moments of transformation that can arise in practice, helping them integrate these shifts into lasting, meaningful change.
