A private, self‑contained apartment for two in the grounds of the house: a king‑size bedroom, a proper sitting room and a full kitchen, with the lake, spa and coffee shop a short walk away.
The Flat
Quieter and roomier than a lodge.
The flat is attached to the side of the main house with its own entrance. It suits romantic weekends, longer stays and anyone who'd rather cook indoors than on a fire pit. Being in the grounds of the house, it's also the natural extra bedroom when the house is booked for a group.

Cook in, or walk up for pizza.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can do a proper supper with things from the farm shops nearby. Or don't: Bean Theory is a few minutes' walk for coffee and breakfast, and the courtyard pizza oven runs Wednesday to Saturday.

Not quite right?
Couples wanting the fire pit and the glass take a lodge. Groups take the house, and can add the flat and the lodges to it.
What time is check‑in and check‑out?
Check in from 3pm, check out by 11am. Ask in advance if you need to arrive earlier or leave later.
Is there a minimum stay?
The flat can be booked for a single night. Longer stays are welcome; it makes a good week‑long base for Cambridge and the countryside around it.
How many people does it sleep?
Two, in a king‑size bed.
Are dogs allowed?
Ask us when you book and we'll let you know what's possible for the flat. Dogs are always welcome in the coffee shop.
Can we book the flat with the house?
Yes. The flat is the natural extra room when the house is booked for a group, and the lodges can be added too. Email stay@waresleyparkestate.co.uk to arrange it.
Is the spa or lake included?
No, nothing is bundled, so you only pay for what you use. Swim‑and‑sauna sessions, treatments, spa days and padel all book separately online.
