Sound Baths in the Tipi
Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a truly indulgent sound bath experience, held within our enchanting lakeside tipi, and surrounded by the gentle beauty of nature.
Upon arrival, you’ll be invited to snuggle beneath sumptuous blankets. During the session you’ll be held within an intuitively guided soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and carefully chosen instruments that echo the rhythms of the natural world. These soothing tones and vibrational frequencies are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
Under the canopy, with the lake quietly beside you, you’ll drift into a state of profound rest — where tension dissolves and clarity gently returns.

Anna Auckland
Anna is a Sound Bath Practitioner who brings an intuitive, heart-led approach to her work and is passionate about creating calm, restorative spaces for others.
With a background in breathwork and cold-water therapy, Anna believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the opportunity to slow down, listen, and simply be.
In her sound baths, she uses a range of tones and frequencies — from the deep, grounding resonance of Himalayan singing bowls to the gentle harmonies of crystal bowls — as well as instruments that evoke the natural world such as the ocean drum and chimes. Sound can help bring us back into balance, allowing us to find stillness, clarity, and a deep sense of peace.
