Each lodge is strategically positioned for maximum seclusion and tranquillity. You’re surrounded by nothing but light, air, and the gentle roll of the Humphrey Repton designed Cambridgeshire countryside.

Each lodge features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that bring the outside in. Morning light streaming over the landscape might make you linger in bed a little longer.

The Lodges - Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00PM, while check-out is at 11:00AM. Should you require early access or a later departure, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are pets allowed in the lodges?
Yes, we welcome one small/medium well-behaved dog per lodge for the cost of £25 per stay. Your furry companions are also welcome in our coffee shop, Bean Theory.
Can the bed be converted into two singles?
The king-sized bed cannot be separated into twin beds. If you require separate sleeping arrangements, we recommend booking additional lodges for your stay.
Where do I park?
There is designated parking for the lodges. You will receive instructions of where to park in your pre-arrival email which will be sent you you 48-hours ahead of your stay.
Do you take last minute bookings?

What amenities are included?
Each lodge features premium linens and toiletries, towels, a private terrace, high-speed Wi-Fi and a wood-fired OFYR Barbecue/fire pit (with logs and firelighters) for outdoor cooking.
How does the outdoor cooking work?
The wood-fired OYFR combines a barbecue and a fire pit. The OYFR features a cone-shaped fire bowl with a wide, flat rim that serves as a cooking surface, a grill is also provided. Logs, firelighters, heat protection gloves, utensils, a frying pan and apron are all provided. You’re welcome to bring additional cooking pans. Once you’ve finished cooking, scrape down the grill and rim with the spatula provided to use again.
Can we host a private group event?
Yes, our estate provides a picturesque setting for small, intimate gatherings. Please reach out to our team to discuss your event needs, and we will help create an unforgettable experience
Are children allowed in the lodges?
Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult (two people max per lodge). If you’re a family of four (two adults, two children) you will need to book two lodges.
Can I bring a blow-up bed for my child to sleep on?
Unfortunately not. Blow up beds are not allowed in the lodges.
Can I book a spa day as part of my stay?
Yes, you can. We will soon be offering a Spa & Stay Package. However for now, please book and pay for your spa day and/or treatments separately by navigating to the ‘spa’ section of our website. Our spa is very popular and often books up well in advance, so we strongly recommend making your booking as early as possible.
What activities are available on-site?
Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including nature walks, vineyard tours, axe throwing, wild swimming, BBQs, paddleboarding, and spa experiences. Seasonal offerings may also include beekeeping, crafting workshops, and wellness activities. Please note these activities come at an additional cost and will need to be booked and paid for separately from your stay. See what’s on, book swimming or book the spa. We strongly recommend booking activities and/or spa treatments/packages in advance to avoid disappointment.
How do I get to Waresley Park Estate?
We’re located in the village of Waresley, Cambridgeshire which is conveniently located about an hour from London and a 25-minute drive from Cambridge. The nearest train stations are St Neots or Sandy (15-min drive) which have a direct line from to/from London Kings Cross/St Pancras (45-minute train journey). Need a lift?
