The Lake
Nestled within the stunning grounds of Waresley Park Estate, you'll find our tranquil lake. Spread over around 4 acres, our lake provides a serene and picturesque backdrop to your stay. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities on the water, including paddleboarding and wild swimming.
For those who prefer to stay on land, our lakeside beach area is the perfect spot for sunbathing and lakeside BBQs. We also offer a unique outdoor dining experience with our OFYR BBQ firepit and seating area. Enjoy a delicious meal cooked over an open flame while surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the lake.
The lake also boasts one of our largest event spaces, situated near the beach area. This space can accommodate up to 2000 guests and is perfect for weddings, festivals, and other large gatherings.

Full Moon Swim
Dive into the magic of moonlight at Waresley Park Estate!
Join us for a tranquil escape under the stars, celebrating the magic of the full moon. Our private lake provides the perfect backdrop to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Our friendly lifeguards will be on hand to ensure your comfort and safety.
Then afterwards warm up around our crackling firepit with a hot chocolate.
Don't forget to bring along your tow float, torch, and glowsticks!
Paddleboarding
Our paddleboarding sessions on Sunday afternoons offer a serene and meditative experience you won't forget.
Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our sessions cater to all.
Join us for an incredible paddleboarding journey on the lake then warm up with a hot chocolate around the fire-pit!
All attendees must be over 14 and under 18's must be supervised by an adult.
Life jackets and helmets are provided.
On arrival at the estate, please follow the signs to the Bean Theory Car park. Once parked, walk down the gravel track on your left, below the vineyard. After a 5-minute stroll through the estate, your lifeguard will be at the lake to meet you.
If you are bringing your own paddleboard please feel free to drive down to the lake.
