The Fire Light Sessions are slow, generous evenings. An outdoor banquet cooked entirely over live fire and shared at long tables overlooking our vineyard and amphitheatre.
Good food, good fuel, good company and the simple pleasure of eating well together outdoors, with charcoal made from trees grown on the Estate.
