at Waresley Park Estate

We offer a weekly programme of Pilates, Bodyweight Strength and Tai Chi sessions in our peaceful Lakeside Tipi.

Our wellness classes in the Tipi is a space to move, focus and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by the calm of nature. Whether you are seeking challenge, flow or balance, it’s a place to step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in the practise.

All weekly classes cost £15 per session

We offer 5 classes for the price of 4 (£60)

Meet our wellness teachers

  • Juliet Clarke

    Pilates and Bodyweight strength

    Juliet Clarke is a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor with over a decade of industry experience. A former blacksmith and mum of four, she brings strength, energy, and real-life perspective to every session. Juliet specialises in functional strength training, boxing, kettlebells, HIIT, Pilates, and stretch and balance. Her classes are accessible to all fitness levels, with a focus on posture, alignment, and making movement enjoyable.

  • Chris Nutley

    Tai Chi

    Chris is an experienced teacher of Tai Chi, Xing Yi (a close relative of Tai Chi), and Qi Gong. With over fifteen years of dedicated practice, he brings both depth and enthusiasm to his teaching.

    At its heart, Chris sees Tai Chi as an art of cultivation. It weaves together strength and conditioning, health practices, philosophy, energy work (Qi Gong), martial arts, and meditation. When integrated, these elements create a system far greater than the sum of its parts.

    Chris skilfully guides participants in developing a body that is strong, healthy, relaxed, and balanced, while cultivating a calm and focused mind. His teaching fosters an environment where body, breath, and mind come into harmony—allowing all three to integrate and support one another.
