Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Kay's classes are designed to support all levels. She offers a welcoming, inclusive space with practices that are mindful and grounding, yet also playful, energetic, and calming.

Kay's teaching blends mindful movement with breathwork to help you build strength, confidence, and balance — both on and off the mat. I aim to meet each student exactly where they are, offering modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and empowering experience.
