Support your well being with guided breathwork sessions led by Felicity.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to support regulation of the nervous system, the release of stored tension and stress, and to curate mindfulness and self-awareness. Therapeutic breathwork sessions combine different breathing techniques, such as conscious connected breathing and deep abdominal breathing, to guide individuals on a journey that helps support regulation, process emotional wounds, and connect to clarity and purpose.

Cost: £15 (or buy a five class pass for £60)
