Bodyweight Strength Class

Join Juliet Clarke for a fun, friendly class in our peaceful lakeside Tipi, where fresh air and natural beauty set the tone for an energising fitness experience.

This all-over body workout combines light cardio with effective bodyweight strength exercises to help boost fat burn, enhance flexibility, and increase muscle strength—all without the need for equipment. Set to the soothing backdrop of the lake, the session focuses on functional movement, core engagement, and proper alignment, and wraps up with a fiery core finisher to leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

All levels welcome—come move, breathe, and build strength in nature.

Body Weight Strength Classes take place every Monday 11.30-12.30.
