Yoga: Back to Basics


Mondays 6pm

Whether you are brand new to yoga, wishing to return to yoga, or value coming back to basics, this class combines all the essentials helping you build a solid foundation for your practice.
You will be encouraged to slow down, through movement and breath practices, develop optimal alignment in the asanas, with detailed tuition on body position & alignment,  along with improving flexibility through deep stretches and strength through gentle challenging poses.  Yogic breath practices (pranayama) are taught each week to further enhance your well-being and strengthen you nervous system.

Set in the beautiful setting, in the tipi,  by the lake your heart and soul will have this hour to retreat and your body and mind to reconnect.
