Join us lakeside for a revitalising morning flow to kickstart your weekend in the best possible way.

You’ll be guided through a series of flowing movements designed to harmonise body and mind, accompanied by slower, grounding moments to help you drop deeply into your body.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this class is tailored to enhance your strength , flexibility and inner peace.
