We’re excited to welcome Chef Ben Sulston for another Supper Club in March! With the seasons changing, Ben will be holding his Supper Club in the newly converted stables that is now the cosy home of Bean Theory.

Ben started his Supper clubs back in 2018 at Sulston's kitchen, the idea being to bring likeminded people together through the love of food. Ben loves talking to everyone about the dishes he’s created, the suppliers he works with, and the techniques used to prepare the dish. On the night Ben will talk through each course and he’s always happy to answer any questions you may have about the food or more details on techniques used.

Arrival for pre-dinner drinks will be 7pm, with the food being served at 7:30pm.

There will be a selection of beers and wines available to buy on the evening as well as gin and tonics with Waresley Park Estate’s very own gin! 

The menu for the evening will be:

Pan fried scallop, pork belly, cauliflower & almonds

Squash, fennel and basil with Capperlli pasta

Thyme and garlic roast beef, brisket, potato, carrot & calvo nero

Rhubarb, 70% chocolate & ginger
