World Mental Health Day Free Swim

To celebrate World Mental Health Day, we’re opening our beautiful, fully-lifeguarded lake for FREE on Friday 10th October.

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and take a dip in our tranquil lake, nestled in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside - for free!

Cold water immersion has many benefits to your mental health including helping to reduce stress and anxiety whilst improving mood and mental clarity.

After your swim, warm up by the fire pit with a cup of hot chocolate and connect with our welcoming wild swimming community.

Spaces are limited and must be pre-booked, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Tow floats are required (available to hire), and don’t forget to bring a warm hat and cosy clothes for after your swim!
