Beginner’s Yoga

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to build a solid foundation for your practice, this 6-week Beginner’s Yoga Course will teach you the fundamentals.

We'll focus on gentle stretches, basic poses, and breathing techniques to help you improve flexibility, build strength, and find relaxation. You'll learn correct alignment in yoga asana (poses), the philosophy behind the different practices, pranayama (breathwork) for a flexible nervous system, and stretching safely for longer lasting change.

Getting the basics right in yoga is important to enable you to go on to attend a wide range of classes with confidence.

Come wearing clothing that you'd wear to a general fitness class with a jumper to hand. Mats and props are provided.

The six sessions will run from 15th Sept - 27th Oct, 6 - 7pm (please note there is no session on 6th Oct)
