Introduction to Cold Water Swimming Workshop

Saturdays from 11:30am - 1pm on the following dates:

March: 1st, 22nd

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be introduced to the joys and benefits of cold water swimming by Jo, our qualified open water lifeguard and certified cold water practitioner.

Jo will guide you through the physiology of cold exposure, explaining how your body responds to the cold and the many benefits of wild swimming. You’ll also receive essential safety tips and techniques to ensure you're confident before, during, and after your swim.

After learning the basics, you’ll enjoy a guided swim or dip in our beautiful lake, followed by a warming hot drink around the fire pit as you unwind and reflect on the experience.

Please bring appropriate swimwear, warm clothing, towel and a dry robe/warm coat.

£30 per person (includes a hot drink)..
