The courtyard is the one part of the estate that's open to everyone: Bean Theory coffee from 8am, pizza Wednesday to Saturday, fish and chips on Fridays, and supper clubs through the year.

Our coffee is roasted on the estate and served in the courtyard, with seasonal food, drinks and homemade things from the counter. Warm up after a swim, meet a friend, or take a seat outside on a sunny day and watch the estate go about its business.
No booking, no ticket. Just come.
Fridays · 5pm–9pm
Fish and chips.
Fresh fish in a batter made with our own Waresley beer, thick‑cut chips, crushed minted peas, tartare sauce and a good squeeze of lemon. Dine in or take away; booking recommended, walk‑ins always welcome.
Through the year
Supper clubs.
Seasonal evenings hosted by our head chef, Ed Forrest‑Brown: one long table, a menu built around what's good from the estate and nearby growers, and a short list of wines to go with it. Come with friends, colleagues or on your own.
This winter: the Christmas Supper Club on Saturday 19 December.
Head chef
Ed Forrest‑Brown.
Ed started out in agriculture and estate management before following a lifelong interest in food to Leith's in London. He cooked in high‑end restaurants across the city, then spent five years as head chef for bespoke events. He and his wife Leonora have come home to Cambridgeshire, where they both grew up, and Ed now oversees everything cooked on the estate.
