A calm, beautifully designed space to move, train and feel well, The Gym at Waresley Park Estate marks an exciting next step in our wellbeing offering.

Created for strength, movement and everyday fitness, the gym combines free weights, cardio equipment, strength training machines and functional training space in a setting that feels considered, welcoming and distinctly Waresley.

Whether you are building strength, improving fitness, returning to movement or simply carving out time to look after yourself, The Gym offers a quieter, more personal way to train.

A space to train well

The Gym has been designed to support a wide range of training styles, from simple, independent workouts to more structured sessions.

You will find space for cardio, strength and functional movement, making it easy to shape your session around your own goals and experience level. Whether you prefer a steady solo workout, a weights session, or a more varied full-body circuit, the space is designed to feel approachable, flexible and easy to use.

Open gym sessions are available to book, giving members the freedom to train at a time that suits them.

Coming soon, members will also be able to book 1:1 personal training sessions with our own Waresley personal trainer, as well as small group PT sessions for 4–6 people.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No, the gym is fully equipped for your workout. You just need to wear suitable clothing and trainers.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable fitness clothing and suitable trainers.

Will personal training be available?

Yes, 1:1 personal training with our Waresley personal trainer is coming soon, along with small group PT sessions for 4–6 people.

Is The Gym suitable for all levels?

Yes. The Gym is designed to support a range of training styles and experience levels, whether you are just getting started or already have an established routine.

Are children allowed?
No. All attendees must be over 16 and under 18's must be supervised by an adult.

Who can use the gym?

The Gym is available exclusively to Waresley members.

How do I book?

Gym sessions must be booked in advance. Book here. The access code will be sent with your booking confirmation.

What kind of sessions can I book?

Members can currently book open gym sessions. Coming soon, there will also be the option to book 1:1 PT sessions and small group PT sessions for 4–6 people.

What equipment is available?

The Gym offers free weights, cardio machines, strength machines and functional training space.

What are your opening times?

Current opening times:
Monday to Sunday: 9am–5.30pm

Extended opening hours coming soon:
Monday to Friday: 6am–9pm
Saturday: 7am–8pm
Sunday: 8am–6pm

What’s your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all activities and events at the lake. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
