Step into our Lakeside Tipi and experience a gentle, nurturing yoga flow designed to help you relax, unwind, and restore.
You’ll be guided through a practice that starts slow, builds into a smooth, fluid movement, and gently transitions into some soothing restorative postures before a blissful shavasana to finish.
Led by Bea Grist, each session is enriched with a thoughtful theme and usually finishes with an (optional) gentle shavasana adjustment with essential oils. By the end of the practice, you’ll feel deeply rejuvenated and ready to float into your Friday with ease.
This class is suitable for all levels (including beginners) and takes place every Thursday at 6pm.
