Our monthly Breathwork sessions offer a space for stillness and renewal by the lakeside, where you can slow down, reconnect, and gently experience the transformative power of your breath in a peaceful setting.
In this 90-minute session, you’ll explore guided breath practices that calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and restore emotional balance.
This session supports nervous system flexibility—the ability to shift between rest and activation—helping you feel more present, grounded, and resilient. You'll learn how to move from shallow, stress-based breathing to more spacious, nourishing patterns, while strengthening your diaphragm and expanding rib cage flexibility.
No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are. Please wear loose, comfortable, and warm clothing, bring some water and prepare to relax deeply into the rhythms of your breath and body.
