Outtrain Runners, this is your chance to push your boundaries and experience the incredible benefits of cold water immersion, all while connecting with fellow runners in a unique and invigorating way. Start your day with a run and then make your way to the Waresley Park Estate Lake, where you'll embark on a journey of mental clarity and physical rejuvenation. This event is about more than just the dip—it's an opportunity to learn, grow, and experience the profound impact cold water can have on your body and mind.

What to Expect:
A guided run with your fellow Outtrain Runners to kick things off.
A talk on what to expect during cold water immersion, the science behind it, and essential safety tips.
Breathing exercises to help you get in the right headspace for your cold dip.
A guided cold dip session—embrace the chill and unlock a wave of fresh energy!
Afterward, gather around the fire pit, rewarm, sip on a hot drink, and share your experiences with the group.

What to Bring:
Swimwear (ready to take the plunge!)
Warm clothing, gloves, and a hat to stay cosy afterward.
A towel to dry off
Dry Robe or a warm coat to change into.

Please Note: There are no toilets or changing rooms at the lake. The nearest toilet is at the Bean Theory coffee shop.
