Waresley Park Estate Venue Showcase
We are delighted to be hosting a venue showcase, on the 22nd of May, 2021. A chance to explore the beautiful Waresley Park Estate and meet with a selection of our recommended suppliers.
Showcasing all the estate has to offer, we will be providing tours of the venue, and our team of venue coordinators will be on hand to discuss your special day. Take your time to explore the picturesque parkland and rolling countryside, and see for yourself what makes the estate so special.
Two of our marquee sites will have structures set up and styled, to help you envisage what a wedding at the estate could look like. We are also excited to have over 20 wonderful suppliers exhibiting their work. From florists to stationers, structure companies to caterers, you can expect to meet with some of the best and most exclusive suppliers in the area.
We are asking everyone who would like to attend to pre-register their attendance. Please email us now at weddings@waresleyparkestate.co.uk to book your place. We will be offering tours between 11am - 3pm.

Peacock and Bow will be providing one of their beautiful pole and canvas structures in our sunken garden. Katharine and the team, will be attending the showcase and happy to chat about all their different structure options.
Fairytale Marquees will also be providing one of their structures. Situated in another of our picturesque marquee sites, with views of the rolling countryside and lake.
Our in house coordinators, Hall & Co. Event Design, are excited to be hosting the showcase. The Hall & Co. team will be on hand to show you all the estate has to offer.
They will also be able to share more about their services, which include catering, styling, floristry and prop hire.
Boxed Events, one of our recommended caterers, specialise in creating unique events, with relaxed and informal catering.
One of the brilliant photographers we have attending is Lee Allison. Lee offers wonderfully fun, stylish, and relaxed wedding photography.
Laura Williams Wedding Photography
We are also excited to be working with Cambridgeshire based Photographer, Laura Williams. Laura specialises in fine art and natural, documentary style photography, and will be attending the showcase.
We can’t wait for you to meet with bespoke floral designer, Louise Langdon Florals. Alongside attending the showcase as a supplier, Louise will also be styling one of our structures.
Cambridgeshire based florist, Feather & Ferns will also be providing florals for the showcase. Becky, has a wealth of floristry experience, and specialises in whimsical and bespoke wedding florals.
Elegant floral designer and wedding stylist, Queen & Eden will also be showcasing their florals.
Set in the heart of Kimbolton, The Kimbolton Flower Shop offers classic and timeless floral designs. During the showcase, Andrea and her team will be transforming the main house and bridal preparation spaces.
Rachel Sokhal creates beautiful custom-made bridal accessories. Renowned for her passion and personal approach, Rachel loves working with brides to ensure that they choose the perfect bridal accessories that not only reflect their personality, but coordinate beautifully with their gown and enhance their overall wedding day look.
Based in St. Ives, Shades of White is a bridal boutique that will be providing a selection of beautiful gowns from a range of exclusive designers.
Bar company and cocktail specialists The Swig & Filly provide a wonderful selection of bar structures, including their converted horse trailer, stylish air stream and 1970s drinks reception tricycle. They are available to staff both paid and cash bars.

Event rental company, and sister company to Hall & Co. Event Design, Propshop Hall & Co. will be providing a selection of props, including indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
Bespoke Party Bands are an independent live music specialists, providing cool and contemporary musicians for the best parties.
Award winning bijou bakery based just to the south of Cambridge, specialising in bespoke cakes, hand tempered chocolate, artisan brownies and marshmallows.
Cake Designer Jess from One Part Love, specilaises in cakes that both taste and look amazing!
Award-winning Cambridgeshire based cake designer, Karen Jayne Cake Design, will also be showcasing some of her wonderful cakes.
Olive and Millicent specializes in hand crafted, watercolour stationery. Offering both collections and bespoke options, Katy’s style is absolutely beautiful!
The Snap Booth provide luxury, open-air photo booths for events and weddings. Their stylish photo booths are handcrafted from real oak and offer brilliant entertainment for you and your guests.
