A circuit class mixes cardio and strength exercises into timed stations that keep your body guessing and your energy high. You’ll rotate through exercises for a full body workout with upbeat music and a motivating PT guiding you through.

No two classes feel exactly the same, which keeps workouts exciting and helps you avoid boredom. The best part? Everyone works at their own level, so whether you’re just starting out or already fitness-obsessed, you can challenge yourself at your own pace.

All levels welcome.
