Waresley Adventurers: Bug House Creations

Children will design and build their own miniature bug house using natural materials such as sticks, bark, pinecones and dried grasses. As they create, we will talk about the tiny creatures that live in our gardens and why these habitats are so important for supporting insects and biodiversity.

Each bug house will provide a cosy shelter for beetles, ladybirds and other helpful garden insects. A lovely way for children to learn about caring for nature while making something special to take home.

Suitable for children aged 5–13 years.
