Children’s Yoga
28 May 2026, 9.30-10.30am

If you can’t join us for the full day, but would like like to join Corinne for a fun and nurturing children’s yoga session designed to encourage movement, creativity and calm, you are very welcome to do that.

Using the Yoginis activity pack, children will explore a range of playful movements that help build confidence, body awareness and coordination, while supporting a positive, growth-focused mindset. Each session also introduces simple breathing exercises and a short moment of stillness, giving children gentle tools to help them feel calm, grounded and present.
