Sunday Sanctuary: Yin Yang Yoga


Join Bea for this 60-minute class blends vinyasa flow and yin yoga into a balanced, all-levels practice.

It begins with a dynamic, asana practice with an emphasis on breath and movement. The practice then transitions into a longer, grounding cool down of yin-inspired postures designed to gently open the body both physically and energetically.

These shapes are held for a slightly shorter duration than in a traditional yin class, creating a well-rounded yin–yang practice that leaves you feeling both energised and restored, ready to move into the rest of your Sunday feeling a little lighter and more at ease in body and mind.

Some previous experience of yoga is beneficial but not essential, as modifications and options will be offered throughout the session.
