Sunday Sanctuary: Morning Meditation


Join Bea and start your Sunday slowly and mindfully with a grounded, gently energising meditation held in the peace and stillness of our beautiful lakeside setting.

We begin with simple pranayama and chanting, allowing the breath to settle and the mind to soften—inviting ease, presence, and quiet connection. From there, we move into a guided meditation, letting the natural surroundings gently shape and support the practice.

Some weeks, we will rest in stillness as our anchor, allowing quiet presence to guide the experience. Other weeks, we will explore gentle movement meditations—sensing the body in motion, and allowing the natural world to gently shape our experience through the senses.

Suitable for all.
