Father’s Day: Butchery Workshop & BBQ

Treat your Dad and join us for a butchery demonstration in our Long Room with local butcher, Remi.

Learn about lamb butchery and try your hand at some knife skills all under the expert guidance of an experienced craftsmen. Afterwards, Head Chef, Ed Forrest-Brown will teach you how to cook your lamb to perfection on our range of on site BBQs in the courtyard, before you get to relax and enjoy your hard work with a lunch in our sun-drenched courtyard.

£75/person includes butchery demo, BBQ demo, lunch and half a bottle of wine or two pints of Where's Lee Pilsner/Hazy Pale.
