Embark on a culinary journey at Waresley Park Estate crafted by Chef Ben Sulston.

The idea is to bring like-minded people together through the love of food.

Ben enjoys talking to everyone about the dishes he has created, the suppliers he works with, and the techniques used to prepare each dish. Therefore, you will find him on the night, discussing each course, and is always happy to answer any questions you may have about the food or provide more details on the techniques used.

Ben has been cooking for over 20 years around the world, including Brazil, Thailand, and closer to home in Spain, Holland, France, and all over the UK. During this time, he has evolved his cooking style to focus on creating delicious dishes showcasing the best seasonal local produce. At the heart of all his menus are two principles.

Flavour: It's the essence of Ben's craft. He says '‘This is, without a doubt, the most important thing when cooking! Without flavour, there is no point to what we do as chefs. We work long and hard to create dishes that taste amazing, and through that taste, we create memories and rekindle old ones through nostalgia.

Seasonality: Ben firmly believes that food tastes its finest when it's in season. His menus reflect each season, from the first harvest of asparagus to the rich flavours of autumn game. Quite simply, food tastes better when it's in season. Sometimes, it is simply to showcase the amazing produce we have in this country. Seasonality is so important to chefs. Whether it’s the first harvest of asparagus, the initial shoot of grouse, or the first successful forage for wild garlic.

Ben is working with local producers to celebrate local seasonal produce for each Supper Club. Including produce grown on the estate.
