Join us as we raise a glass and toast to the arrival of our first-ever wine produced using only grapes handpicked from the Estate. With just 200 bottles available from our 2025 harvest, this is an exclusive opportunity to be one of the first to sip something special, grown right here in our corner of Cambridge.

Of course, it needs to be paired with something just as quintessentially British. With notes of peach and garden mint, this wine goes beautifully with freshly cooked fish and salty chips.

Our next wine tasting of the season will celebrate the best that the Estate has to offer: a delicious glass of our own wine and freshly cooked fish and chips served in the peaceful surroundings of our private lake.
