Using postures that are specifically beneficial for women's health, alongside intuitive movement, breathwork and vagal nerve toning, this practice encourages the healthy flow of blood and energy (chi), nourishing the endocrine glands and organs that support hormonal balance.
Guided by Bea, a women’s yoga therapy specialist, these sessions are especially supportive during times of hormonal change—particularly the luteal and menstrual phases of the cycle, as well as during perimenopause. This class may help ease common symptoms such as mood swings, fatigue, PMS, cramps, lower back pain, hot flushes, anxiety, and low mood.
Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience is required.
