Restorative Yoga

Join Bea for a deeply soothing, nurturing, and healing mid-week reset.

This 75-minute practice blends restorative yoga, gentle somatic movement, conscious breathwork, and Yoga Nidra to nourish, regulate, and restore the nervous system. Through long-held, supported postures and deep relaxation, you'll be invited to soften layer by layer as the body settles into its natural state of rest and renewal. Nestled in a cocoon of comfort created with bolsters, props, and blankets, you'll be fully supported in each shape—held, cradled, and gently invited to let go.

The session concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Often described as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique designed to guide you into profound states of relaxation, peace, and stillness. Scientific research has shown that Yoga Nidra can relieve stress and burnout, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve sleep quality, making it a powerful practice for supporting overall wellbeing.

This class is especially supportive during times of stress, overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, difficulty switching off, chronic tension, hormonal or digestive imbalance, low mood, and sleep disturbances.

Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience required.
