Celebrate the longest day of the year with a full day of wild swimming, lakeside movement, sauna, paddleboarding, seasonal food and family time by the water.

From a peaceful dawn swim to a dusk dip as the sun sets, join us for a solstice celebration designed to help you pause, reconnect and enjoy the beauty of the Estate in full summer.

Programme for the Day:

4.30-5.30 | Dawn Swim
Start the day with a peaceful sunrise swim in our spring-fed lake, followed by a hot drink around the fire pit.

6.00-8.00 | Morning Movement
A restorative lakeside session with yoga, breathwork and Tai Chi. 

8.30-11.00 | Lakeside Breakfast
Enjoy a delicious, chilled breakfast, cooked by our chef on the lakeside BBQ

12.30–13.30 | BBQ Lunch & Music in the Courtyard
Join us for a relaxed Father’s Day BBQ lunch.

17.00–19.00 | Wild Float & Sound Experience
Float on the water and be guided into deep rest through sound, stillness and the gentle movement of the lake.

18.30–20.00 | Fish & Chip Supper
A relaxed summer supper before the evening swim sessions.

19.45–20.45 | Swim & Sauna
Ease into the evening with a wild swim and lakeside sauna.

21.00–22.00 | Dusk Swim
Close the day with a sunset swim and a final moment of stillness by the water.
